About Joe Proctor

Joe Proctor is 27 years old and currently competing in the lightweight division for the UFC. After walking into an MMA gym just for fun on a week trial membership, he fell in love with the sport. He started off his MMA career in late 2008 and over three years put together a record of 7-1. Following that, he was selected as a cast member of The Ultimate Fighter reality TV show. After being on the show, Joe fought on the TUF15 Finale show and came away with a victory. That victory secured him a UFC contract.

Proctor has been training under UFC star and fan favorite Joe Lauzon at the Lauzon Mixed Martial Arts facility in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. On August 27th, Proctor will be back in action against Al Iaquinta.
